JOB TITLE: Inside Sales & Account Manager
LOCATION:  Mississauga, ON, CAN - IN-OFFICE
SALARY RANGE:  $60,000-75,000 (experience dependent) + performance bonuses

What Will you Do?
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and research
  • Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and digital platforms to generate qualified leads
  • Assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM tools to track sales progress and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
  • Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding defined sales and revenue targets
What Do you Bring?
  • Demonstrated background in inside sales or customer service (B2B)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Skilled in cold calling, lead generation, and building client relationships
  • Capable of understanding and presenting technical or product information clearly
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales productivity tools
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
