- Demonstrated background in inside sales or customer service (B2B)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Skilled in cold calling, lead generation, and building client relationships
- Capable of understanding and presenting technical or product information clearly
- Proficient in using CRM platforms and other sales productivity tools
- Self-driven, organized, and able to manage time and priorities effectively
