Inside Sales Representative

Base Salary: $60,000
Commission: Uncapped
OTE: $80,000-95,000

We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales / BDR
professional to generate and develop new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and growing sales for a range of industrial warehouse and office products. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively make outbound calls to identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
- Accurately track activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
- 2–3+ years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in industrial or packaging product sales.
- Proven success in outbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
