Inside Sales Representative  
Location: London, ON 
100% in-office 

Base Salary: $60,000
Commission: Uncapped 
OTE: $80,000-95,000 

Company Overview:  Join a leading provider of industrial warehouse products focused on delivering high-quality PPE, containers, shipping and packaging products. 

We are seeking a proactive and driven Inside Sales / BDR professional to generate and develop new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and growing sales for a range of industrial warehouse and office products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to identify and qualify new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts through consistent follow-up and service excellence.
  • Accurately track activities, opportunities, and client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of inside sales or business development experience, ideally in industrial or packaging product sales.
  • Proven success in outbound calling, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to manage leads and track performance.
