to install, repair, and service commercial and industrial solutions on customer sites throughout the GTA. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electro-mechanical and/or hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

What Will You Do?
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial garage doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, seals, bumpers, and accessories
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs efficiently
- Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on dock and door equipment
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Complete work orders, service reports, and other documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and industry regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Work independently and as part of a team in a variety of commercial settings
What Do You Bring?
- 2 or more years of experience in industrial/commercial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Experience with door and dock systems is a definite asset.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Comfortable using ladders, lifts, and working at heights and in refrigerated customer sites at times.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable and accountable attitude and takes pride in quality work.
- Very safety conscious with a proven ability to adhere to all required safety protocols.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
