Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 Base + Bonus

Due to continued growth within the Ontario food service market, our client is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to support and expand key customer relationships across Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, and East GTA. This is a newly enhanced opportunity to own a high-potential territory and contribute directly to long-term business growth.

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
- Develop joint business plans, forecasts, and inventory strategies.
- Negotiate agreements with new and existing clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on territory results.
- Drive revenue growth and improve account profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Increase product penetration and market share.
- Present strategic plans aligned with customer objectives.
- Proven experience in B2B food service sales
- Track record of managing and growing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
