Account Manager – Food Service

Location: Downtown Toronto (70%), Mississauga & East GTA (Hybrid / Field-Based)
Salary Range: $85,000 – $90,000 Base + Bonus

Due to continued growth within the Ontario food service market, our client is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to support and expand key customer relationships across Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, and East GTA. This is a newly enhanced opportunity to own a high-potential territory and contribute directly to long-term business growth.

What Will You Do Account Management & Development
  • Manage and grow relationships with regional chains, major operators, and distributors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Develop joint business plans, forecasts, and inventory strategies.
  • Negotiate agreements with new and existing clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on territory results.
Sales Growth & Market Development
  • Drive revenue growth and improve account profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Increase product penetration and market share.
  • Present strategic plans aligned with customer objectives.
What Do You Bring
  • Proven experience in B2B food service sales 
  • Track record of managing and growing key accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
