Job Title: Key Account Manager 

Location: Kawartha Lakes, Ontario (ideal candidate lives within 45–60 minutes)

Salary Range:  $80,000-$100,000 + performance bonus

What Will You Do?
  • Manage and grow relationships with major retail and foodservice accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities within your territory
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
What Do You Bring?
  • 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in food, beverage, dairy or Foodservice
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts and negotiate at a senior level
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively
  • Residency within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario
