- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activity, forecasts, and account performance using CRM tools
- Extensive travel all over the USA
- Stay informed on industry trends, safety regulations, and product offerings
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or territory management
- Background selling into construction, manufacturing, industrial, or safety-related industries preferred
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for growing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed
