What Will You Do?
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
Provide legal guidance on corporate, regulatory, employment, and privacy matters
Support contract management and compliance initiatives
Conduct legal research and assist with internal policy development
Partner with cross-functional teams as a trusted legal advisor
What Do You Bring?
L.L.B. or J.D., member in good standing with a Canadian Law Society
5+ years of legal experience
Experience in corporate/commercial, contracts, privacy, or regulatory law is an asset
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
