- Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic locks, door hardware, and access control systems in commercial settings
- Diagnose issues related to electronic access systems, keypads, card readers, and electric strikes
- Conduct site assessments and provide recommendations for enhanced security solutions
- Re-key, master key, and maintain key control systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold safety standards on all job sites
- Minimum 3 years of commercial locksmith experience, including mechanical and access control systems
- Proficiency with keying systems, door hardware, and low-voltage electronic access systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset
- Relevant certifications or licenses (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
