We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Manager, Billing & Accounts Receivable. This is a newly created role focused on improving processes, building structure, and enhancing overall efficiency within a complex, high-volume revenue environment.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a process improvement mindset—someone who is comfortable working in evolving environments, building processes from the ground up, and driving change across teams.

- Monitor collections and support resolution of discrepancies
- Lead reconciliations and ensure consistency in revenue processes
- Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve issues
- Establish and standardize processes across billing and AR functions
- Support month-end close and audit activities
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Drive process improvements in a high-volume environment
- Improve data quality and system integration
- Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations and goals
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Strong experience with reconciliations and financial systems
- Experience in complex or high-volume environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven ability to build processes and lead change
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
