We are currently supporting a client in hiring a Manager, Billing & Accounts Receivable. This is a newly created role focused on improving processes, building structure, and enhancing overall efficiency within a complex, high-volume revenue environment.

What Will You Do?
  • Oversee billing and revenue activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor collections and support resolution of discrepancies
  • Lead reconciliations and ensure consistency in revenue processes
  • Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and resolve issues
  • Establish and standardize processes across billing and AR functions
  • Support month-end close and audit activities
  • Implement and maintain internal controls
  • Drive process improvements in a high-volume environment
  • Improve data quality and system integration
  • Lead and develop a team, setting clear expectations and goals
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
What Do You Bring?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong experience with reconciliations and financial systems
  • Experience in complex or high-volume environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to build processes and lead change
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
