- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related fields
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring teams
- Strong experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, or similar reporting tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience improving reporting processes and driving efficiencies
