- Plan and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and product data sheets
- Write and edit technical and promotional content with brand alignment
- Support product launches with communication plans and comparison tools
- Maintain consistency across all marketing assets per brand guidelines
- Coordinate with design vendors to produce visual content
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and product teams to gather marketing content
- Conduct market research and provide sales with trade show and presentation support
- Manage marketing documentation and digital assets for accuracy and distribution
- Organize and coordinate trade show logistics and promotional materials
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or manufacturing
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Zoho)
- Strong graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities for technical and creative content
- Understanding of brand consistency and visual identity systems
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
