As a marketing specialist, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in driving lead generation and brand visibility across Canada. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, print, social, etc.)
- Coordinate all in-house and outsourced marketing initiatives
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies based on results
- Manage and support a Marketing Content Creator
- Delegate tasks effectively while fostering a collaborative team culture
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns and materials
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine strategies
- Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website
- Ensure listings, content, and user experience are top-tier
- Lead the sourcing, ordering, and inventory for a branded loyalty program
- Align program goals with overall marketing strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
- Strong background in campaign execution and ROI tracking
- Familiarity with WordPress and managing digital content
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and across departments
- A self-starter mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for results
