Our client is a nationally recognized leader within industrial fastening solutions, supporting some of Canada's largest commercial and industrial organizations. Through their National Account Partnership program, they provide customized inventory management, technical expertise, and supply chain solutions to customers operating across multiple locations nationwide.

- Develop and grow strategic relationships with national and multi-location industrial customers throughout Atlantic Canada
- Manage large commercial accounts by delivering consistent pricing, product standardization, and supply chain solutions across multiple branches and facilities
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships through cross-selling and new business development
- Work closely with customers to develop customized inventory programs, standardized SKU lists, and contract pricing agreements
- Negotiate long-term agreements while ensuring exceptional customer service and account retention
- Partner with internal operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Travel throughout Atlantic Canada to support customer sites, build relationships, and identify new opportunities
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, national accounts, or key account management
- Experience selling industrial products, fasteners, MRO, construction supplies, industrial distribution, or related technical products
- Proven success managing large commercial or multi-location customer accounts
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Experience working with contractors, industrial distributors, manufacturing, heavy industry, or infrastructure customers is considered a strong asset
- Ability to manage long sales cycles while identifying opportunities for account expansion
- Bilingual (FR/EN) would be considered and asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and customer priorities
- Comfortable travelling throughout Atlantic Canada
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly within the territory
