As the Office Manager / Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting the leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing personal and professional schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handling office administration including filing, correspondence, and records management
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and partners, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
- Supporting a range of business functions by wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving needs
- Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks across different areas of the business
