SALARY RANGE:  $95,000-120,000

What Will You Do?
  • Help oversee day-to-day operations in the branch, leading a team of Logistics Coordinators and administrative staff.
  • Delegate tasks to appropriate team members and stepping in as needed with carrier and/or customer escalations.
  • Establish and implement SOPs for the team to streamline and optimize workflow in the logistics department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maximize pricing strategies to win new business and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Act as a layer between sales and operational departments, bridging the gap as needed.
  • Help train and develop operational staff on a continuous basis.
  • Other tasks as needed.

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business administration is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills.
