What Will You Do?
  • Manage and grow an established portfolio of industrial customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Build strong relationships with maintenance, purchasing, operations, and engineering contacts
  • Conduct customer visits to understand operational needs and recommend value-added solutions
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow opportunities through to close
  • Collaborate with internal customer service and operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information within the CRM
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and new product offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales and profitability objectives
What Do You Bring?
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably within industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, fasteners, safety, power transmission, fluid power, electrical, or related industrial products
  • Experience balancing both account management and business development responsibilities
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to identify customer challenges and provide consultative solutions
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
