- Prospect, identify, and engage new customers within a defined territory
- Grow and manage existing accounts by understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
- Focus on selling industrial warehouse products including PPE, containers, shipping, packaging, and storage solutions
- Conduct regular onsite customer visits to assess needs and present solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, marketing, and product management
- Track activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Experience in outside sales, ideally within industrial, warehouse, or related products
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track record of developing and growing a sales territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Hunger to grow, learn, and take ownership of a territory
