- Drive operational excellence across pharmacy workflows, patient services, and team performance

- Oversee pharmacy operations including workflow optimization, staffing, compliance, and service delivery
- Manage and improve processes related to patient collections and accounts receivable (AR), particularly within Manitoba’s complex reimbursement and billing environment
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics, including AR trends and pharmacy business performance
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and enhanced patient outcomes
- Lead change management initiatives with a balanced, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Ensure exceptional patient care standards while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing or eligible to become licensed in Manitoba
- Previous pharmacy leadership or pharmacy management experience
- Proven ability to lead large teams and drive operational improvements
- Strong operational and business acumen with experience overseeing pharmacy performance beyond day-to-day workflow participation
- Experience managing patient collections, billing processes, and accounts receivable
- Demonstrated success leading transformational change while maintaining strong team engagement and morale
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building skills
- Strong understanding of pharmacy financials, reimbursement processes, and income statement management is considered a strong asset
- Innovative, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
- Ability to empower others, foster accountability, and build a high-performing culture without relying on an aggressive leadership style
- Comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving operational priorities
