LOCATION: Fully Remote but must have the ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.

What Will You Do?
  • Lead the successful delivery of multiple patient support programs while ensuring exceptional service for pharmaceutical clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of healthcare professionals, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted operational partner.
  • Manage multiple concurrent programs while ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across each portfolio.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Lead client meetings and provide operational updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Oversee program governance, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful program execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including reimbursement, patient support, analytics, quality, and operations.
  • Drive process improvements and change management initiatives to enhance program performance.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
  • Analyze operational and financial performance to support informed business decisions.
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and client stakeholders.
What Do You Bring?
  • 5+ years of experience leading healthcare, specialty pharmaceutical, patient support, or complex program operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects or client programs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience managing demanding client relationships with a service-first approach.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven operational decisions.
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Financial acumen including budget management and operational planning.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within patient support programs, specialty healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated healthcare environments.
  • Program governance experience across multiple client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement programs and the Canadian healthcare landscape.
  • Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and presenting operational performance to executive-level clients.
  • Bilingual English/French is considered an asset.
