Salary Range:  $95,000 – $100,000 base salary + full benefits

What Will You Do?
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and supplier partners
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, programs, and agreements with vendors
  • Analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and purchasing data
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support pricing strategies and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, efficiency, and supplier alignment
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendor partners
  • Support forecasting, inventory planning, and purchasing strategy
What Do You Bring?
  • 7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Certified Supply Chain Leader designation preferred 
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
  • Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret purchasing and performance data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel skills an asset)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a key business function
