- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendor partners
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and purchasing strategy
- 7+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Certified Supply Chain Leader designation preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management experience
- Background in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret purchasing and performance data
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel skills an asset)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a key business function
