to oversee their Condominium Division
across multiple sites in the Greater Toronto Area.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across a portfolio of residential condominium properties within your region
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of property and community managers to ensure service excellence and compliance with company standards and condominium legislation
- Review financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability
- Build strong relationships with condo boards, vendors, and service providers, maintaining a reputation for integrity and professionalism
- Ensure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for business development, contract renewals, and service expansion within the division
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on regional planning, reporting, and organizational improvements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in property or condominium management, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior leadership role
- Deep understanding of condominium operations, governance, and financial management
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-site teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities — capable of influencing and building trust at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
- CMRAO license or eligibility is considered a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the GTA
