What Will You Do?
- Create and nurture excellent client relationships with new customers
- Develop and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet potential/existing customers' needs
- Conduct presentations and demos as needed
- Understand and identify customers’ challenges and communicate how the product offerings addresses their challenges
- Researching and analyzing your territory’s sales potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
- Generate a strong sales portfolio to attain sales targets and goals
- Ensure consistent hunting/ prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies to exceed individual sales quota.
- Proficiency in the ability to move customers through your sales pipeline
- Update and maintain a CRM database as you move customers through the sales funnel
- Must be able to travel within your territory for prospecting and customer engagement
- Visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
What Do You Bring?

- At least 1 year of experience in outside sales/new business development in a B2B capacity
- Experience in automotive dealership sales and/or operations is required
- Understanding of solutions-based selling and consultative selling
- A proven ability to prospect and generate sales leads, connect with key decision makers, and convey value propositions that resonate with each specific customers’ unique needs
- Proven experience successfully navigating objections and negotiations
- An ability to meet and exceed defined metrics/KPI’s/OKRA’s
- A proactive, self-motivated and driven personality with the desire to succeed and overcome obstacles
- Strong technology skills: MS Office, CRM, ERP systems
- A valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle and a valid Passport and ability to travel in Canada and the U.S. without restriction is required (non-negotiable)
- Highly emotionally intelligent and organized with superior critical thinking skills
