MT Talent Solutions Inc. is proud to partner with a dedicated client to recruit a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for a newly created position. The Coordinator will support the proposal/tendering process, as well as support internal and external communications, marketing and social media efforts.
  • The Proposal and Communications Coordinator will also provide support to the Marketing and Communications Team with content creation for internal and external communications (campaign launches, newsletters, social media posts, corporate video production, website copy, brochures, press releases, etc.), event planning and coordination (meetings, conferences, and events), and administrative support to ensure that all digital and print collateral adhere to company brand guidelines. Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong proofreading abilities, and proficiency with social media platforms, content management systems (e.g. WordPress), and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required for this role. What Will You Do?


  • Assists with the timely management and production of proposal submissions (EOI, RFQ, RFP, etc.) within defined timelines
  • Write and edit proposal content including cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, qualification summaries, project methodology and resumes, ensuring that content that is technically correct and clearly conveys a compelling story that resonates with the Client / Consultant, incorporates win themes / strategies
  • Lead document control activities, such as downloading proposal files from client portals, managing client portal passwords and the overall maintenance of internal proposal file structure, as required.
  • Create and maintain a library of resumes, project profiles, presentations, photos, graphics that adhere to brand standards, ensuring that reviews / approvals are acquired, when necessary
  • Supporting business development and strategic initiatives) as required
  • Assist in the coordination of external communications, including marketing campaigns, digital content, and corporate materials.  Supports website and social media updates and digital content management.
  • Offers exceptional written and verbal communication, strong proofreading abilities, and proficiency with social media platforms, and graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials, including internal announcements, newsletters, web content, social media posts, presentations, and marketing collateral
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging standards
  • Coordinate approvals and revisions with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and consistency

 
What Do You Bring?
  
  • 2 or more years of experience with proposals, quotes, tendering/bid, RFP/RFQ, contract administration preferably in the construction, trades, or engineering space
  • At least 1 year of experience with B2B marketing
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or other related area of study is preferred
  • Ability to work fully in office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to go to trade shows and project sites to get marketing collateral
  • Strong photography and creative skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite, Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.), creative software(Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Highly accountable and organized with a proven ability to meet defined deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and meticulous written communication and proofreading/editing skills
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
