We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator with experience in the print, packaging, and/or display industry to support our client's growing operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pricing management, client support, and coordination across departments. Here's what you will do:
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks
- Create and manage pricing quotes, cost breakdowns, and price lists for packaging and print products
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate product specs, lead times, and costs
- Maintain and update client pricing files, contracts, and order forms
- Track customer orders, manage backorders, and provide updates to clients
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and customer reports
- Analyze product margins and provide recommendations for pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with operations and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and market shifts
- Coordination and participation in industry events including customer shows
What are we looking for?
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or other relevant area of study
- 2 or more years of experience in a similar role (ex - Inside Sales, B2B Customer Service, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Pricing Coordinator, etc.)
- Experience in the print, display, packaging, paper/mail industry is required
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Bilingual French and English proficiency is an asset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and analytical
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to tasks
- Computer proficiency, including expertise with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). ERP and/or CRM experience is an asset/preferred.
- Strong work ethic: Reliable, punctual, accountable, team-oriented, able to self-manage, motivated
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel occasionally within the GTA
