We are excited to expand our business development team and are looking for a driven, motivated Sales Development Representative to join us. As we continue to grow our presence in both the Canadian and U.S. markets, we want a true hunter—someone who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and opening new doors. Recruitment experience is not required, but a background in sales (even in a retail or customer-facing environment) is essential. If you're ambitious, energetic, and eager to develop your sales career in a supportive and high-performance environment, we want to meet you.

- Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their hiring needs
- Work closely with recruitment and leadership teams to support client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of activities and leads within our CRM
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong customer-first mindset
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or retail sales roles
- A true hunter mentality—you love the chase, building relationships, and closing opportunities
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- High level of motivation, resilience, and drive to achieve targets
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Interest in developing a career in sales or recruitment
- Comfort working with CRM systems and outreach tools (an asset, but not required)
