- Lead generation of prospective clients (B2B), making cold outreaches via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
 - Create, develop, and maintain book of business and accounts through consistent relationship management and engagement.
 - Work closely with the operational team to provide competitive pricing on contractual service agreements.
 - Offer customized freight and logistics solutions to clients, provide top-level service and care to customer freight.
 - Continuously drive new business to grow book of business, identify potential business leads and generate new relationships.
 - Learn to execute day-to-day operations of freight brokerage. Negotiate with transportation providers to ensure profitability.
