- Minimum 3 years of experience in non-asset based 3PL sales
- Experience selling Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and/or LTL services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues and manage customer expectations effectively
- Self-directed and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Technically proficient and comfortable using CRM and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
