Salary Range:  $55,000 – $60,000 Base + Commission (OTE $85,000) + Benefits

What Will You Do?
  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct customer meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand client needs
  • Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and sales presentations
  • Maintain and expand a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution
  • Support customers across industries such as packaging, coatings, paint, and manufacturing
  • Participate in occasional travel for client visits and industry events
What Do You Bring?
  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, containers, paint, coatings, or industrial products
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts
  • Comfortable working in a primarily in-office environment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and desire to build a long-term sales career
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
