- Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Conduct customer meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand client needs
- Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, and sales presentations
- Maintain and expand a healthy sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order execution
- Support customers across industries such as packaging, coatings, paint, and manufacturing
- Participate in occasional travel for client visits and industry events
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within packaging, containers, paint, coatings, or industrial products
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proven ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts
- Comfortable working in a primarily in-office environment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and desire to build a long-term sales career
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
