As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager / Route Sales Representative to manage an existing territory and drive continued success through strong relationship management and proactive service.

- Manage a designated route within the territory, servicing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their key point of contact
- Monitor inventory levels and execute product merchandising and rotation to ensure visibility and freshness
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product lines in-store
- Maintain accurate records of visits, customer needs, and orders
- Use a company-provided fleet vehicle and manage its regular maintenance scheduling to ensure operational reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in route sales, territory management, or account management, ideally in the CPG industry
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach to work
- Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working independently on the road
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
