LOCATION: Owen Sound, ON 

SALARY RANGE:  $55,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager / Route Sales Representative to manage an existing territory and drive continued success through strong relationship management and proactive service.

What Will You Do?
  • Manage a designated route within the territory, servicing existing accounts and identifying growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their key point of contact
  • Monitor inventory levels and execute product merchandising and rotation to ensure visibility and freshness
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding product lines in-store
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, customer needs, and orders
  • Use a company-provided fleet vehicle and manage its regular maintenance scheduling to ensure operational reliability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient delivery
  • Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
What Do You Bring?
  • Previous experience in route sales, territory management, or account management, ideally in the CPG industry
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach to work
  • Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable working independently on the road
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
