What Will You Do?
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing program teams.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of complex patient support programs while maintaining exceptional service quality.
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Manage program governance, risk mitigation, and quality assurance activities.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Balance multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and service commitments are consistently met.
  • Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and scalable operational processes.
  • Present program performance and business insights to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Additional Experience:
  • Own and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Drive strategic operational improvements based on program performance data.
  • Strengthen long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and operational excellence.
