What Will You Do?
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level positions within the pharmaceutical or specialty pharma space
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through multiple channels, including proactive headhunting and networking
  • Leverage the ATS to post, manage, and track positions, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide market insights, and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
What Do You Bring?
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience within the pharmaceutical or specialty pharma industry
  • Post-secondary education is required
  • Strong track record of sourcing and placing candidates in senior-level positions
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
