We are supporting a client in hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles. This is a high-impact position where you will act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, helping shape hiring strategies and attract top talent.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes a proactive, headhunting approach to recruitment. You’ll play a key role in elevating hiring practices and driving strong talent outcomes.

What Will You Do?
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through headhunting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment
  • Leverage recruitment systems and tools to manage pipelines and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide market insights, hiring updates, and reporting to leadership
  • Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements
  • Represent the organization at events and networking opportunities as needed
What Do You Bring?
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Proven experience hiring for senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in a regulated or complex industry is an asset
