Location: Halton Hills (Milton) - On site
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

- Perform technical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on piston and diaphragm pumps and related systems
- Service and maintain specialized industrial pumping equipment
- Participate in system assembly and rig production
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports and track inventory usage
- Provide technical phone support to customers
- Conduct off-site service calls at customer locations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-performance service delivery
- Support additional technical and operational duties as required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related technical or mechanical field
- Experience in industries such as spray foam insulation, protective coatings, finishing, or similar industrial applications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and repair capabilities
- Familiarity with Graco or Titan product lines (asset)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support customers professionally
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort working both in-shop and in the field
- High school diploma required; technical certification or post-secondary education considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
