- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop workflows, integrations, custom applications, and automation solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance
- Participate in system testing, deployment activities, and documentation efforts
- Work closely with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, and integrations
- Experience working with JavaScript, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to gather business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while supporting teams operating on Eastern Standard Time
- ServiceNow certifications are considered an asset
