for their Vancouver experience centre.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team that curates unforgettable experiences for designers, builders, and clients while showcasing some of the world’s most respected kitchen and home brands.

- Plan, coordinate, and host showroom events including product launches and design community gatherings
- Act as the brand ambassador, welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional in-person experience that reflects the brand’s values and style
- Manage vendor coordination, logistics, and setup for events and training sessions
- Support day-to-day showroom operations: scheduling, showroom maintenance, and customer appointments
- Engage with trade partners (designers, builders, developers) and grow community relationships through outreach and follow-ups
- Provide clients with information, demonstrations, and product recommendations in person and virtually
- Use CRM systems (Salesforce, Outlook, Excel) to track appointments, opportunities, and event metrics
- Contribute to the development of social media and digital content related to showroom activities
- Participate in local industry events and trade shows to strengthen community presence and partnerships
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or luxury retail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and presentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience working with premium brands, hospitality, or lifestyle products is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is an asset)
- A polished, professional presence and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable customer experiences
