- Actively participate in manufacturing operations when additional support or technical expertise is required
- Ensure production schedules, output targets, and delivery timelines are consistently met
- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement
- Oversee safe operation and routine maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment
- Maintain accurate records related to production output, quality, downtime, and staffing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, logistics, engineering, management) to ensure smooth operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC machines
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and shop-floor operations
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and production-related software
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety
- College degree or higher in a relevant field
- Assets: experience in stone, glass, or related manufacturing; familiarity with Waterjet machines; mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience
