SUB-TRADES COORDINATOR
Salary:
$80-90k annually + bonus
LOCATION:
Halifax/Dartmouth, NS (with travel across NS & NB; some overnight stays required)

- Support and oversee customer product installations across Nova Scotia and New Brunswick
- Coordinate and schedule crews based on skillsets and experience, assisting with hiring and training as needed
- Provide day-to-day direction for warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping, and receiving
- Enforce Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental policies, including managing COR annual safety audits
- Assist sales leadership with reviewing quotes, labour costs, and technical matters
- Manage customer relations, including troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and warranty work
- Oversee prep department scheduling and training
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and contribute to maintaining a safe workplace
- Willingness to travel within NS and NB (with occasional overnight stays); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- 2–3 years of site supervisor or construction coordination experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A self-starter who is results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Basic computer skills and comfort with reporting
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 50–70 lbs, standing for long periods)
- Assets: project management background, engineering knowledge, or PMP designation
