What Will You Do?
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs
  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring and build proactive talent pipelines
  • Lead and develop a team, setting goals and driving performance
  • Design and optimize end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Enhance sourcing strategies, employer branding, and referral programs
  • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Manage external vendors and recruitment partners
  • Support complex hiring situations and senior-level searches
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support hiring managers with best practices and recruitment guidance
What Do You Bring?
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Leadership experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience building and improving recruitment processes
  • Experience in both high-volume and strategic hiring environments
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
