- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Experience building and improving recruitment processes
- Experience in both high-volume and strategic hiring environments
- Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative approach
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
