They are looking for a motivated, results-driven individual to build and maintain quality relationships, support full cycle project execution via consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

What Will You Do?
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within your assigned territory
  • Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions that drive business growth
  • Close sales and meet/exceed performance targets through strategic sales tactics
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow your customer base while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Solve problems by understanding customer challenges and offering effective solutions
  • Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to maximize your territory's potential
  • Present and communicate product information clearly and persuasively
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and knowledge of the industry to remain competitive
What Do You Bring?
  • Minimum 1-3 years of successful experience in outside sales and account management in construction, architectural, manufacturing or similar capacity 
  • Experience with longer sales cycles and/or project-based selling is preferred
  • Experience in construction project management and/or coordination is a definite asset 
  • Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to customers; Fully understand their need, present feasible solutions, negotiate effectively, successfully close deals 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain long-lasting customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings is a definite asset 
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and a proven ability to meet and/or exceed defined targets 
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office, CRM/Salesforce.  MS Project or other project management software experience is an asset.  AutoCAD, Revit or design software is an asset.
