- Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive new business acquisition
- Build strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact from initial sale through project completion
- Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal operations and service teams
- Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and project recommendations
- Monitor project progress to ensure customer expectations, timelines, and deliverables are met
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and activity reports
- Represent the organization professionally in the market and strengthen overall brand presence
- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial services, construction, building systems, facilities services, or related industries
- A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to generate new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills
- Experience managing projects or coordinating project-based work
- Ability to balance business development activities with active project oversight
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
