- Develop and execute territory plans, including forecasting, reporting, and strategic account growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing healthcare partners
- Deliver in-person product training, demonstrations, and clinical support when needed
- Provide guidance to clinicians and offer troubleshooting support to both professionals and patients, in person and remotely
- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with clients, ensuring call activity and touchpoints align with performance expectations
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and educational seminars
- Keep current with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activity to remain a trusted resource to clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align on strategies and initiatives that support overall territory growth
- Contribute to special projects or assignments as directed by sales leadership
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to manage a remote, travel-based role independently
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide solutions in both clinical and patient-facing situations
- Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with new technologies and healthcare innovations
