Territory Sales Manager – Medical Aesthetics 

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + $50,000 Bonus (OTE $150,000+)

Their portfolio includes advanced skin rejuvenation systems, RF tightening technologies, laser platforms, PRP systems, and other revenue-generating treatment solutions used by some of the industry's leading clinics.

What Will You Do?
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Eastern Ontario by developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
  • Prospect and secure new clinic partnerships
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and practitioners
  • Manage a consultative sales process from initial outreach through close
  • Support product implementations and customer onboarding
  • Collaborate with clinical and training teams to ensure customer success
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity reporting
Approximately 40-50% of your time will be spent visiting:
  • Plastic Surgeons
  • Dermatologists
  • Medical Spas
  • Cosmetic Clinics
  • Nurse Injector Clinics
You'll be selling the devices, technology, training, and treatment platforms clinics use to generate revenue and enhance patient outcomes.

What Do You Bring?
  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling medical devices, healthcare technology, capital equipment, or clinical solutions
  • Strong business development and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent presentation and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Eastern Ontario
Highly Preferred:
  • Direct experience within the medical aesthetics industry
  • Experience selling aesthetic devices, laser platforms, injectables, cosmetic technologies, or related products
  • Existing relationships with plastic surgeons, dermatologists, nurse injectors, or aesthetic clinics
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and clinical presentations
