Territory Sales Representative

LOCATION: West End GTA (Mississauga, Oakville, Brampton, Milton)

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 base salary + commissions

What Will You Do?
  • Prospect and develop new business within the commercial sector across the West GTA
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Act as the primary point of contact from initial sale through project completion
  • Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal operations and service teams
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reports
  • Represent the company professionally in the market, strengthening brand presence and reputation
What Do You Bring?
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial services, construction, or building-related industries
  • Strong ability to hunt for new business while effectively managing existing accounts
  • Project coordination or project management experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across sales and active projects
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in the field
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the West GTA
