SALARY RANGE: $75,000 base salary + commissions

- Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Act as the primary point of contact from initial sale through project completion
- Coordinate and manage projects in collaboration with internal operations and service teams
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and ensure customer expectations are met
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales activity reports
- Represent the company professionally in the market, strengthening brand presence and reputation
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within commercial services, construction, or building-related industries
- Strong ability to hunt for new business while effectively managing existing accounts
- Project coordination or project management experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across sales and active projects
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the West GTA
