Salary Range: $90,000–$100,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE First Year $125,000–$140,000)

- Actively engage in field sales to develop new business and grow an established client base across the East GTA territory
- Expand market share through proactive business development and relationship building
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and client retention
- Strategically manage territory zoning based on customer potential and historical purchasing data
- Plan and organize daily schedules independently to maximize sales effectiveness
- Deliver in-person product demonstrations and presentations to prospective and existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
- Minimum 2+ years of outside sales or new business development experience (product-based industry preferred over service)
- Open to candidates with 2+ years of inside sales/outbound business development experience looking to transition into outside sales
- Proven success in lead generation, client engagement, and closing new business
- Experience preparing professional sales proposals and quotations
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Results-driven mindset with a strong customer-first approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Secondary education diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Field-based role involving regular on-site customer visits
- In-office collaboration required at the Mississauga location on Mondays and Fridays
